Welcome to St. Peter's Episcopal Church!

We are located in the middle of the west coast of Florida, about 25 miles east of Tampa, immediately west of Lakeland, and 70 miles west of Orlando. We enjoy the comfort of a Florida sub-tropical climate.

As we began the search for a new rector; the Vestry, Search Committee, and parishioners took time to reflect and plan our parish life, remembering our past, acknowledging the present, but most importantly focusing on our future. Our goal is to provide a meaningful place to worship God, opportunities to grow in the knowledge of Christ; strengthening stewardship; and provide exceptional pastoral care under the guidance of our new Rector.

This congregation is ready to welcome a new Rector who, with God’s help, will inspire and guide our beloved parish to attain the mission and goals we’ve set for St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.

While churches of many denominations exist in Plant City, there are still many citizens within our community who seek a closer connection with Christ. We believe that many of these citizens are waiting for our call; as such we strive to be a loving, liberating, and life-giving congregation.

We invite you to visit our website — there you can learn a great deal about St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
